New Fitness Studio for Stonehaven

The former Clydesdale Bank on Ann Street in Stonehaven has been empty since May 2017 but that is soon to change.

Plans have been approved to convert the Ground Floor into a gym to be operated by Fitness Space.

Aberdeenshire Council feel this site is an appropriate for a town centre location and would have no significant impact on the integrity of the listed building and character of the conservation area.

Fitness Space is a fast-growing franchise. They believe their success has been driven by a member experience unlike no other and the commercial performance of their studios.

Around 5 jobs are expected to be created.
